The Southeastern NC Division of the March of Dimes was facing the dilemma of how to entice 2007 WalkAmerica teams and walkers to participate in online fundraising- a relatively new method for many involved. Due to Easy Travel Promos/Coastal Vacations, the online fundraising challenge was created. Coastal Vacations donated three great vacations, and for every $50 a WalkAmerica participant raised online, their name was entered into a drawing to win one of the vacations. This was very exciting! Teams from Brunswick County and Morehead City participated in the challenge, ultimately raising over $9,000 online for the March of Dimes. The kindness of our friends from Easy Travel Promos/Coastal Vacations impacted our WalkAmerica online fundraising dollars in a huge way. Thank you for working so hard for this vital mission; this partnership is priceless!
As creative director/owner of | the, LLC a marketing and advertising agency we were looking for a unique way raise money for a charity fashion event we were planning for a client. After meeting with Easy Travel Promos/Coastal Vacations , my team knew that we had found an exciting concept with wholesale vacations and travel incentives. Easy Travel Promos/Coastal provided a 4 day 3 night Bahamas Cruise as a raffle item and also provided complimentary vacations for all the models in the fashion show. Because of the vacations and Travel support we were able to attract over 350 people to an event on a Sunday night and raised over $7500 for charity. We are making travel incentives an integral part of our marketing strategy and encouraging our clients to invest as well. For the cost of a single print ad in a local business journal you can have a new and exciting way to attract more clients than an ad ever could. That appeals to us as a small business owner. We are always looking for ways to maximize our marketing dollars and we are certain that a vacation package will generate enough business to easily pay for itself.

Just wanted to let you know that our Raffle of the Disney vacation was a huge success. In an effort to raise funds for Ginger's House, which is a 501C3 non-profit organization, we put the vacation up as a raffle item at $1.00 per ticket and were able to raise over $600 for the house. As luck would have it, a 14-year won that trip and he was excited to say the least. We are grateful to VIP Travel/Coastal Vacations for their more than generous donation that allowed us to purchase many needed items for the house.
Ginger's House, Inc. is dedicated to providing and creating a safe recovery environment for women with alcohol or substance abuse addiction to live their lives sober.
The 2007 Military Appreciation Day was a tremendous success. Nearly 130 active duty military personnel and their spouses enjoyed an outing to Cape Lookout National Seashore, followed by an indoor picnic at the Army Reserve Center.
On Behalf of the Military Affairs Committee, we would like to say Thank You for donating the Disney Vacation for our event. These vacations made one deserving military family very happy.
